REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us at 630-741-4445 or 630-450-2014 to report the problem. We will replace the arrangement with a similar arrangement if the wrong item is delivered or if the arrangement arrives in sub-standard condition. In order for us to provide a replacement, please.

1. Make a replacement request within 3 days of delivery.

2. Please take a photo of the arrangement as soon as possible and send it to us at

3. Flowers do need a lot of TLC – we cannot guarantee freshness or beauty for flowers that are not watered and well cared for. For arrangements that are not shipped at all or are delivered late due to a processing error we will provide a free replacement arrangement or full refund if desired. 

 
Substitutions:

We do reserve the right to substitute a flower of equal or greater value as the flower may not be available due to climate differences. We cannot provide refunds in these instances, and we appreciate your understanding.


Inclement Weather:

For arrangements that arrive late due to increment weather in chicago, we may provide a refund on a case by case basis.

Cancellations:

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to being delivered. However,if your arrangement has been delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.Please do call us at 630-741-4445 or 630-450-2014

Future Delivery:
